INTERNATIONAL CARGO DELIVERY FROM EUROPE

The bulk of the goods are delivered by road and rail. Urgent cargo is traditionally transported by air, and especially large and heavy goods are transported by sea (as a rule, from ports in Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Finland). The latter method is ideal for large industrial equipment, cars, and special equipment.

The order of delivery
∎ Receipt of the shipment to the company's warehouse. In the case of combined cargoes, the goods of different customers undergo consolidation — sorting and accumulation for subsequent shipment on a common flight.
∎ Preparation of documents. The list of papers required for the transportation of goods from Europe depends on the type of shipment and transport. As a rule, the list includes an invoice, a packing list, a TIR Carnet, a bill of lading, a transit and export declaration.
∎ Following the product along the main route. The location of the transport is tracked along the entire route.
∎ Customs clearance. As a rule, at this stage the cargo is sent to the warehouse of responsible storage, where it waits for its turn to be checked.
∎ Sending customs clearance products directly to the recipient's address.

Customs control
All goods transported from Europe to Kazakhstan and in the opposite direction must pass customs clearance.
